My images are either abstractions that I create digitally, or images that I first capture on film and then alter to heighten their poetic sense. I am drawn to images that express the emotional world and have a graphic punch. By blending text and poetry into these new contextual images, I aim to give voice and credence to the silent, inner landscape, and to heighten and explore the meaning of language.
