Artist Statement:
I am an enthusiastic,
hard-working and highly motivated person who holds good creative and practical
capabilities. I have an immense interest in Graphic Design, I have always
dreamed of becoming graphic design. This has been a motivation for me,
and it has urged me to do the best I can, in order to fulfill my dream.
I have just graduated from University of Wolverhampton with a 2.1 in BA
(hons) Graphic Communication. Throughout the course, I have completed
designs briefs that have included the following: advertisements, leaflets,
packaging, brochures, corporate id, and etc. I can work on my own or as
a team as I am always wanting to share and willing to accept people point
of view.
Insomnia Awareness Campaign
I had to make people aware of Insomnia. By using gloomy, dreary and depressing
graphics to show how suffer Insomnia is, and also using the typewriter
font to create the mood to accommodate with the graphics that have been
chosen. By applying also the quotes of the Insomniac to convey the message
to the public and the sorrow of being Insomniac.
Pret-a-Manger
I had to redesign all the packaging which including paper bag, menu, post
cards and etc. In order to enhance this brand on it's very positive qualities.
All the items used simple colors and clear copywriting, which fit with
the conceptual direction.
Traidcraft
This is a campaign, which creates public awareness with the slogan 'Fighting
Poverty Through Trade', encourage the public to support them. This was
one of the D&AD brief.
