A night of experimental film and music, featuring live laptop performances
and projections.
Albino launch a new cd with samples from Halloween and related visuals.
A filmic self portrait presented by Haretole Juniper, new photography
from Aisling Hedgecock (recently featured in the Guardian). Live this
month - a premiere performance by Glass who's influences range from Captain
Beefheart to Joy Division and a live set from Limn merging echoes of Jim
O'Rourke through to town and country. Plus DJs and audio artists presenting
new work from all over the world.

This months [4x4] will feature a PHOENIX music video directed by Roman
Copolla - as yet unscreened in London. Other works include Tim Heatheringtons
Healing Sport, Paul Bushs Dr Jeckyll & Mr Hyde, ABRECTION by Ryo Inoue,
Exceeda¹s latest MIXMASTER Night of the Living Dead remix, and a
live Technobbable VJ performance by Jez. Come and enjoy short films, experimental
pieces, commercial work, music videos and live VJ act in a relaxed environment

An evening of live art, sculpture, video and installation. Curated by
Oliver Frost and Juliana Amaral Leite - with new performances and recent
work by artists Oreet Ashery, Lee Adams, Juliana Amarel Lleite, Jemima
Burchill, Oliver Frost, Ira Goodman, Julia Keller, Micheal Lisle-Taylor,
Othen Mataragas, Rebbecca Marsh, Celilia Mairat, Celia Noss, Vanda Playford,
Olly P and Juliet Walker.
Act 01 is a showcase of innovative new cross-art-form works created by
a culturally diverse, international group of emerging and established
artists. The work engages with the body in different acts of passion,
obsession, desire, desperation and irritation, ranging from the quirky
to the alarming. Sculpture, painting, photography and site-specific installations
will be shown in all the gallery spaces. Performances by Oreet Ashery
and Oliver Frost will be interspersed with screenings of video art. DJs
and Cabaret Bizarre performer Timbolina will entertain throughout the
evening until the early hours.

East End Music Hall twisted for the new century... Vaudeville is a fresh
take on a lost scene.... Innovative performances go head to head with
live music in amongst installations, video walls, DJ¹s and little
environmental surprises. This month¹s programme Voodoo special features
a live performance by New Yorkers The Liars - along with Delilah, the
beguiling drama of Shingai Shinowa and her Noisettes plus The Duke Spirit.
With Vaudeville residents Divo and Black Mark presenting structured, eclectic
sets between acts.
