The first UK exhibition of work by Berlin based photographer, Yannick Demmerle (born France, 1969). Yannick Demmerle features around twenty landscape photographs from the past four years, the majority of which are scenes of marshes and forests, accompanied by a small selection of photographs of animal cages in zoos.
Takehito Koganezawa 22 July – 28 August 2004
An exhibition of work by Berlin based artist, Takehito Koganezawa (born Japan, 1974). Koganezawa has developeda diverse art practice, united by a minimalist aesthetic, in media including drawing, video, sound sculpture and performance. Takehito Koganezawa features more than fifteen recent drawings and three animations made during Koganezawa’s time in Europe, and shown in the UK for the first time.
Heimweh: Young German Art 16 September – 19 October 2004
Heimweh is a representative group exhibition of eight emerging young German artists. It features Michael Beutler, André Butzer, Björn Dahlem, Andreas Hofer, Michaela Meise, Josephine Meckseper, Markus Selg and Thomas Zipp, all of whom are showing in London for the first time.
