This contemporary
art installation by the London-based experimental gallery is exhibited
in William Beckford's Tower a Grade 1 listed building built in the early
19th C by the reclusive aesthete and author of Vathek.
The Centre
of Attention project has been:
To examine ideas around the trace left by a life/performance Draw the
audience through a labyrinthine world of art a summit reaching activity:
and once surmounted the work would be revealed ? To question our reactions
as visitors of Beckford Tower today and for the man, had we been contemporaries
of his.
