TRAILING CABLES
In March 2003 The PEA Gallery, Great Sutton Street, London will be hosting
an exhibition showcasing the work of Nottinghams finest up and coming
artists. To complement the exhibition there will be an evening of artist
made films at the 291 Gallery, Hackney Road London. The events are being
curated by Bruce Ayling, with Ian Nesbitt and Lizzie Donegan.
An eclectic range of contemporary works in a variety of media will be
on display, with an aim to giving Nottinghams current visual art scene
the exposure it deserves.
Included on the bill will be intervention artist Ange Taggart and James
Robert Ford creator of House Gymnastics.
Notes to the Editor:
Trailing Cables at the PEA Gallery will be running from midday on Monday
3rd March until Wednesday 12th March.
Entry to the exhibition is free. Opening hours are 10am - 6pm every day.
A private view at the PEA Gallery will be held on the evening of Friday
7th March.
The Trailing Cables video event will be held on Wednesday 5th March from
6pm- 2am at the 291 Gallery. The bar will be open.
