Artist Statement.

My name is James Alexander McFarlane. i make work in the mediums of print , paint, film, graphics, illustration, didgital media, sculpture and sound. The project displayed above " Imaginary band album cover project 2002" allowed me to bring togeather my interest in music, my love of graphic design and my passion for paint and surface based materials.

Since completeing this project i have exhibited nationaly, worked as a designer, taken private commisions, and helped set up studios. If you have any further interest in my work or any ideas you wish to discuss then do not hesitate to contact me.
