Artist Statement:
The Project
An environmentally modifiable folding structure moving with tide and current. A floating structure on the Mexican Gulf in front of Havana,Cuba. A Seaweed Farm producing, transporting and processing seaweed. A wave mill generating energy for the inhabitants of Cuba. Inspired by the masts of fishing boats, informed by Cuba's situation in light of the American Embargo.
