Artist Statement:
I am a 27 year old self-taught artist who lives and works in Zimbabwe (Southern Africa).I work mostly in oils.I paint entirely from imagination.My paintings are mainly of people and the landscape.Sizes range from ~10cm to large canvases ~80cm long.
1976 : Born Colin Makiwa Mutomba on the 8th of June in Chivhu, Zimbabwe.
19 95: After A Levels at St Ignatius College in Harare, enrolled for electronic engineering at a university in Bulawayo.
1999: Commenced a full-time career in art.
