Artist Statement:

Richard studied Sculpture and Fine Art at The Bournemouth & Poole College of Art. He worked in the Film Industry in London during the 70’s

His Work
While at college, he found his love for figure work in all its deferring forms, and has experimented with different media from clay and plaster to oils, acrylic and watercolour. Photography has also played a big part in his work. Work also includes Nature Theatre and Fine Art Photography.

Richard’s work is delicate and sensitive with a play of light on the female form. He would best be described as a Semi Romantic Artist.
