Artist Statement I feel that
sand has an unlimited time; compared to ones human life. A sand-castles
shape can be broken by only a little breeze and the maker cant build exactly
the same shape again, only similar. I ve used a lot of over-layering and
utilise found objects from the Thames foresore. I like to explore the
delicate quality of sand as a metaphor for peoples illusions of time and
their vanity of life. I hope to present these images to communicate this
to the viewer. London Guildhall University BA (hons.) Fine Art Specializing in silk-screen print
